應眾多人的要求~~把布丁做法交出來了 since many ppl ask me for the recipe...emem..
其實焦糖烤布丁真的普簡單~
材料 Ingredient:
布丁部分 (一份) pudding: (one serve ~for around 2 ppl)
蛋 4顆 egg 4
糖 60g ( 斟酌加減) sugar 60g
牛奶 500g milk 500g
焦糖 caramel:
糖 200g sugar 200g
水 60g water 60g
沸水 120g boiled water 120g
先把蛋打勻~(蛋殼可以剪漂亮當作容器優! ) mix all the egg ~~
蛋要過篩~至少兩次~這樣才會綿綿的很好吃^^
after mix it ~~ shifted at least twice ^^
然後把牛奶加糖~加熱到60度
heat up the milk to 60 degree
然後把慢慢的把牛奶加到蛋裡 (一定要牛奶加蛋喔!!!!不然就會變成牛奶蛋花湯!!!
slowly pour milk into mixed egg ( have to be milk into egg...ortherwise ~!!!hehehehehehehehe)
放焦糖進模裡 ~然後放攪拌好的蛋汁 ( 應該不要有泡泡.....圖為維錯誤示範^^
put caramel into whatever container ~~and then put the pre-mixed egg (there shouldn't be bubble )
烤箱預熱 180
然後160 烤20分鐘悶20分鐘
烤盤上要放水~! (烤箱跟容器每家不太一樣~最好還是看著喔)
pre-heat the oven to 180~
then use 160 deggree bake 20 min and leave it in oven for 20 min ( depend on the oven and container~)
原則上只要考出來沒有大大小小的洞就代表你的布丁沒有老掉喔^^
焦糖做法
先把糖加入冷水中煮
水滾之後改小火
糖稍微有點顏色的時候搖一下鍋子
煮到變成咖啡色加入沸水(小心噴糖)
然後離火就好囉!!
Caramel :
heat up water 60g with sugar 200g
when the water boil~ turn down the fire ~
wait till sugar become light brown ~
add boiled water into sugar ( careful !!)
then thats it ^^
烤完要之後放冰箱~~冷了再吃喔~~不然很像蒸蛋=ˇ=''
